To install software on computers:

1. Submit a ticket with the Subject being "Software Installation in enter building and/or computer lab".

2. Enter the type as a "Request".

3a. Enter Category as "Tech Support".

3b. Enter the type under category as "Computer Labs".

3c. Enter the Sub-Type as "Custom Configuration Request".

4. In the description, paste a link to the software and notify us where you need the software installed.
