Information Technology is here to help.  If you are unable to find the answer you are looking for in our knowledge base, you can submit a ticket to get assistance from one of our support agents. There are a number of ways you can submit a support ticket: 


1. Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner.


2. Enter your information, verify that you are not a robot, and click "Register". (You may have to take a short picture quiz to verify).


3. You will get an activation email to the email you provided. Click the link in the email to activate your account.


4. Set up your name and your password.


5. Now that your account has been activated, click "New support ticket".


6. Fill out all the required fields being as detailed as possible and click submit. Please allow an agent some time to get back with you.
