Loss of Office 365 Education License
Once you graduate from Oakwood University, you will lose your Office 365 Education License which gives you access to OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business, Exchange Online and other online services, as well as the Office 365 ProPlus applications (Outlook Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Once your account is deactivated All data that is associated with your student account is held for 30 days with the exception of data held with Legal Hold which is kept for the duration of the hold
- After the 30-day grace period, the data is deleted and cannot be recovered, except for documents that are saved in SharePoint Online sites
- Students who still have Office 365 ProPlus Applications installed on their device will have reduced functionality
- Unlicensed product notification will pop up until they acquire another active Office 365 subscription.
