Information Technology is here to help. If you are unable to find the answer you are looking for in our knowledge base, you can submit a ticket to get assistance from one of our support agents. There are a number of ways you can submit a support ticket:
1. Go to helpdesk.oakwood.edu, log in, and click new support ticket.
2. Complete the ticket form.
3. Click on submit at the bottom of the page. You will receive an emailed response addressing your issue. Please allow a technician time to get with you.

Via phone by calling 256-726-7464 or by dialing ext: 7464 from an on-campus phone
OR via e-mail email@example.com.. This will generate a ticket into the Helpdesk. Using this method with a personal email when you are unable to get into your Oakwood Account.
